On September 18th 2025 - We hosted the annual International Interfaith Liturgy for World Peace at St Mary's Minister in Swansea in collaboration with the charity Peace Mala.

We have been part of Peace Mala since 2011 and earlier this year we were very happy to be awarded their highest accreditation the Platinum  Award. The founder of Peace Mala, Pam Evans MBE is a dear friend of our school and we enjoy working with her through out the year.

We were honoured to be the host school this year to plan and deliver the annual event. 

It was a well attended event with many VIP's and dignitaries. 

A special thankyou to the schools who attended to help us celebrate   Tan Y Lan, Catwg, Hafod and Llangattock Primary. 

A special thank you to  the rector, staff and clergy of Swansea Minster for their kind support and help in making today possible.

The children presented the message of the Peace Mala bracelet and sang beautifully in front of a packed church! 

It was a whole school effort. Nursery and Reception made and decorated the beads. Year 1 and 2 wrote and decorated the seating names and years 3-6 sang beautifully!

We are extremely proud of our children.
