HA HA HA HAPPY NEW YEAR 2023
Welcome back!
Dear Parents,
We hope you had a lovely holiday and are ready for a busy term. Our inspection report has been published on our website. We are extremely proud of the outstanding report. Thank you for your continued support. Please visit our school website and click on the orange tab: ‘Key Information’ then click on the heading ‘ Estyn’ or ‘https://www.christchurchpri.co.uk/estyn-and-performance-data/
This term our topic will be ‘The Wonderful Woods of Wales’, where we will be learning about mini beasts, rainforests, plants and flowers.
We are a Platinum Flag Eco school. The ‘Keep Wales Tidy’ committee assesses schools and we have been awarded the Platinum flag for the 4th year running. We started in 2011 and we have progressed starting from bronze, silver, gold and then platinum. The Agents of change have decided our eco target for 2023 is to reduce the amount of paper we use to save money and help the environment.
To support this initiative, soon the year 1 and 2 homework will be online. We will be holding a parents workshop to explain how to access the work soon.

PE is every Monday afternoon. Please bring PE kits back to school.
