What Peace Means to me 

Peace is very important, without it there would be no happiness, no progress, no prosperity,

a ton of war all over the world and no love! 

Without peace you can't travel because you’d worry too much about your safety.

Recipe for peace 

Step 1. Pour a cup of happiness 

Step 2. Add a dash of trust 

Step 3. Sprinkle a bit of understanding 

Step 4. Stir with a lot of optimism and beliefs in God

Step 5. Bake until it's full of kindness and love 

Step 6. Eat with family and friends

Prayer of Forgiveness 

Dear Lord,   

            Thank you for trying your best to bring peace and joy to the world, we really appreciate everyone who has been helping to get through this virus. Thank you for looking out for me through tough times, thank you for forgiving everyone who has made mistakes. We all really appreciate everything you have been doing to make our world a happier and more friendly place to live in. Thank you!

Please help stop all war. Please help the people of the world understand each other so there are less disagreements because if there weren’t any disagreements, we would be able to live in peace. Please try to stop the spread of COVID- 19 because it is upsetting a lot of families and and their friends. Help us to stay safe, make the right decisions for the world to be left in peace with no wars.

Thank you for trying your best to bring peace to the world with everything that is going on right now. I hope that this virus will go by everyone listening to the Prime Minister and staying home. If we try then we will succeed. We hope that we will bring peace to the world and by staying home we will. Another good way of bringing peace to the world is wearing our Peace Mala's because by people wearing them they know that we are all in this together.

Dear God,

Thank you for taking care of all of the children, families and staff at Christchurch Primary. Please give us strength, hope and love when we feel like not smiling. Keep us safe. Thank you for all of the hardworking key workers.
